This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can you stay connected to the tablet and the phone at the same time?
Yes, multipoint connection maintains both links: you watch a video on the tablet and the headphones switch to the phone when a call comes in. No re-pairing, no fiddling with the Bluetooth settings.
What does the Voice Aware feature on the Tune 520BT do?
It plays your own voice back into the headphones during a call. Without it, you can't hear yourself well and you talk too loudly: that is the reflex everyone has when phoning with closed headphones over their ears.
How much do the JBL Tune 520BT headphones weigh on your ears?
157 g, a modest weight achieved through the on-ear design: the ear cushions sit on the ear, with an inner opening of 3.1 × 3.1 cm. The pressure therefore rests on the outer ear, with a padded headband to spread it.
What battery life and charging time do these JBL headphones offer?
Up to 57 hours of wireless listening, and 2 hours for a full recharge via USB-C. In a hurry? 5 minutes of charging give you 3 hours of music, enough to cover the day until the evening.
Does the connection stay stable with the phone in your pocket?
That is the aim of the Bluetooth 5.3 used here, the latest version in the Tune range. The supported profiles cover music and calls (A2DP, AVRCP, HFP), with 6 dBm transmit power in the 2.4 GHz band.
Do the black Tune 520BT headphones cut out the noise of the bus or the open-plan office?
No, there is no active noise cancelling on this model. The ear cushions sit on the ear and dampen part of the background noise, without eliminating it. For headphones that cancel noise electronically, you need to look at a model with active noise cancelling.
Do you need to get a cable to charge the headphones?
No, a USB-C charging cable comes with the headphones, along with the warranty booklet and the quick start guide. They charge at 5 V, so any phone charger will do.
What is the JBL Headphones app for with these headphones?
For adjusting the equaliser and personalising your listening: boost the bass, bring out voices, go back to the original setting. It is free, and the headphones' voice prompts announce the feature activated in your language.
Do the headphones fold up for carrying?
Yes, they fold flat and slip into a backpack. The 33 mm drivers and 30-ohm impedance also make them easy to drive, with no special amplification.
