This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

How many ways can the Logitech Pro X 2 LIGHTSPEED be connected?
Three: 2.4 GHz LIGHTSPEED wireless via its USB-A adapter, Bluetooth, and the 3.5 mm jack cable. A handy detail: the wireless adapter itself has a built-in 3.5 mm port.
What battery life and range does Logitech state for the Pro X 2?
Up to 50 hours per charge and up to 30 metres of range on 2.4 GHz, two figures Logitech qualifies: they vary with environment and use. The supplied charging cable is 1.8 m long.
What difference does a graphene diaphragm make on this headset?
Graphene is both very stiff and very light: the diaphragm moves without deforming, which reduces distortion at high volume. On 50 mm drivers, this translates into clearer in-game audio cues during busy passages.
What exactly comes in the Pro X 2 box?
Quite a lot: the headset, two pairs of ear pads (leatherette and fabric), the USB-A wireless adapter with 3.5 mm port, the detachable mic with its windscreen, a USB-A to USB-C cable, a 3.5 mm cable, a soft storage bag and the documentation.
What is the difference between the leatherette and fabric ear pads?
Leatherette seals the ear more closely: more isolation and tighter bass. Fabric, described as breathable, lets air through and stays cooler during long sessions. Both covers sit on the same memory foam.
Does the Pro X 2 work on Xbox?
No, Xbox is not among the supported platforms. Logitech lists PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 — in wireless USB stereo only — and Nintendo Switch, in wireless stereo when the console is docked.
Does 7.1 surround sound require specific software?
Yes: DTS Headphone:X 2.0 surround and Blue VO!CE filters run through the Logitech G HUB software, to be installed on a PC running Windows 8 or later, with Internet access and a free USB 2.0 port.
How is the Pro X 2's detachable mic built?
It is a 6 mm electret, cardioid capsule — so it points towards the mouth — covering 100 Hz to 10 kHz. It fits on a removable boom and comes with a foam windscreen that absorbs plosives.
Is this headset built to last?
Its frame combines an aluminium headband and a steel band, with a rotating hinge that lets the ear cups swivel. The whole headset weighs 345 g, for 176 × 95 × 189 mm.
Does the Pro X 2 actively cancel room noise?
No, there is no active noise cancellation: isolation comes from the seal of the memory foam cushions. The drivers are rated at 38 ohms and 87.8 dB sensitivity, over a 20 Hz to 20 kHz range.
Is the Logitech Pro X 2 LIGHTSPEED headset new and under warranty?
