1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the gear shifter supplied with the Logitech G29?
No: the six-speed shifter is ordered separately, for PS4 and PC. The box contains the wheel, the pedal set, the power supply unit and the documentation. It is the add-on to plan for if you are aiming for full simulation.
How far does the Logitech G29 wheel turn?
900 degrees, or two and a half turns from lock to lock — the range of a real car's steering. This is what lets you catch oversteer at full lock, a move impossible on a wheel limited to 270°.
Which consoles does the Logitech G29 work with?
PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and computer. This is the PlayStation version of the wheel: for an Xbox, you need to choose a separate model, as the two are not interchangeable.
What does the force feedback on the Logitech G29 feel like?
It relies on two motors, which convey every tyre slip and every change of surface to your hands. Two motors can layer steering resistance and fine vibrations, where a single motor has to choose.
Is the Logitech G29 wheel noisy?
It uses helical gearing, described as providing smooth, quiet steering. The teeth of a helical gear mesh gradually instead of striking each other: hence noticeably quieter operation than straight-cut gears.
Is the pedal set on the Logitech G29 realistic?
It is separate from the wheel and its brake pedal is non-linear: resistance increases the further you press, as on a real braking system. This is what lets you modulate braking right up to the point of locking.
Does the Logitech G29 wheel stay in place during a race?
Yes: it mounts on a table or a racing simulator stand, and an anti-movement system holds both the wheel and the pedals in position. Without this mounting, a force feedback wheel shifts from the very first corners.
What materials is the Logitech G29 wheel made of?
Hand-stitched leather on the rim and stainless steel components. These are the two parts that take the most punishment: the rim endures sweat and friction, the pedals hard and repeated presses.
Can you control the game from the Logitech G29 wheel?
Yes, the rim carries game controls and gear-shift indicator lights. These lights show when to change gear without taking your eyes off the road — the equivalent of the shift light strip on a racing car.
Is the Logitech G29 Driving Force wheel new and under warranty?
New, reference 941-000112, in original Logitech packaging, with its pedal set and power supply unit. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. The datasheet details the specifications.
