This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Is the Razer Barracuda X headset wireless or wired?
Both. It connects via 2.4 GHz wireless through a USB-C dongle, via Bluetooth 5.2, or wired using the supplied 3.5 mm jack cable: ideal at home and on the go.
Which devices is the Razer Barracuda X compatible with?
It works with PC, PlayStation and mobile. Wirelessly, it can be used with phones that support Bluetooth or USB-C audio, and the jack cable covers any device with a 3.5 mm socket.
What is Razer SmartSwitch Dual Wireless?
