1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

What can you connect the Energy Sistem Office 2 headset to?
Any device with a 3.5 mm jack: a mobile phone directly, and a computer using the PC/Mac adapter supplied in the box. Nothing to install, neither driver nor software.
What is the pop filter supplied with the Office 2 for?
It fits over the mic boom to soften breath noise and plosive consonants — the “p” and “b” sounds that pop into the mic. It is the small accessory that turns a harsh voice into a clear one, and it is in the box.
Does the mic boom get in the way when you are not on a call?
No, it is flexible and retractable: tuck it away between calls and the headset becomes a pair of headphones again. That is a rare convenience in this format, where the boom usually stays visible all the time.
