This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Where are the volume control and microphone mute located?
On the supplied USB adapter: volume + / -, sound mute and microphone on/off with an indicator light. So it is the USB connection that gives you access to these physical controls, with the 3.5 mm jack mainly used for the phone.
Can the microphone be worn on the left as well as on the right?
Yes. The microphone arm is flexible, fold-down and reversible through 180°: you swing it to whichever side suits you, then raise it when you no longer need it. A pop filter is included to make your voice clearer.
Do you need to install a driver or software?
No, no driver or configuration needed: connect the headset via the jack or through the USB adapter and you can start your call. It is recognised from Windows XP to Windows 10, on macOS 10.4 or later, and also works on smartphones.
Is the cable long enough for a tower on the floor?
The jack cable is 150 cm long, plus the 50 cm of the USB adapter, making 2 metres when connected via USB. Enough to reach a desktop tower on the floor without straining the plug, and to keep freedom of movement during a call.
Can this headset also be used for listening to music?
Its 30 mm neodymium-magnet dynamic speakers cover 20 Hz to 20 kHz at 32 ohms: yes, for everyday listening. The microphone, on the other hand, is tuned for the voice (100 Hz - 8 kHz) — it is a tool for speech and meetings, not a microphone for recording music.
Is it comfortable enough for back-to-back calls all day?
That is what it is designed for: 75 g on the scales, high-density foam ear cushions and an extendable headband that adjusts to every head shape, for extended wear without fatigue. It is an on-ear design: the cushions rest on the ear.
What is in the box?
The headset, the 50 cm USB Type-A adapter, the pop filter and a quick guide. Both connection modes, jack and USB, are therefore covered as soon as you open the box, with nothing extra to buy.
Is the Energy Sistem Office 2+ headset new and under warranty?
Yes, new and sealed in its original packaging, under reference 452026, with a 1-year warranty for which your purchase invoice serves as proof. Keep it: it is what entitles you to warranty service.
