Frequently asked questions about this product

What video inputs does the MSI PRO MP251 offer?
One HDMI 1.4b input and one VGA input, complemented by an audio input and a headphone output. The HDMI cable is included along with the power adapter and its cord.
Does the MP251 have built-in speakers?
Yes, speakers are built into the chassis, fed by the monitor's audio input or by the HDMI signal. A headphone output is also provided, within easy reach.
100 Hz on an office monitor: what is the benefit?
Page scrolling and cursor movements are noticeably sharper than at 60 Hz, which is more restful for the eyes over a day. The adaptive sync range covers 48 to 100 Hz.
How good are the MP251's panel and contrast?
A 24.5-inch Full HD IPS panel, at 300 nits with a 1300:1 contrast ratio and 178° viewing angles. The stand weighs only 2.9 kg in total, one of the lightest in this format.
Is the MP251 stand height-adjustable?
No: only the tilt is adjustable, from -5° to +20°. VESA 100 x 100 mm mounting remains possible for a monitor arm or a wall mount.
What does MSI's Eye-Q Check feature do?
A quick eyesight test and a break reminder after prolonged use. It complements the EyesErgo technologies — flicker-free operation and a blue light filter — all of which is TÜV certified.
Is the MSI PRO MP251 monitor new and under warranty?
Yes: new, in its original packaging, with a 1-year warranty. Your invoice serves as the warranty document; keep it with the box for any warranty claim.
