Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Staging : microphone stand, boom arm, pop filter, mounts and ambient speakers photographed are not included unless stated.
  • Quantity : the number of speakers or channels visible in the image does not necessarily match the set sold.
  • Cables and tips : the cables, adapters, ear tips and cases supplied are those listed in the specifications.
  • Specifications : Bluetooth, jack socket, USB, noise cancellation and battery life cannot be read from a photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What age is this HyperX Cloud Mini headset designed for?
For gamers aged 8 to 12: that is the age range HyperX recommends. The volume is kept below 85 dB, and the compact 130 g design suits a child's head.
Does this headset need charging before playing?
No, it has no battery: it is a wired model, with a 1.2 m detachable cable. Nothing to keep an eye on, nothing to recharge — the headset is always ready.
Which devices does it work with?
With PC, Chromebook, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Steam Deck and mobile, via its jack plug. It is even certified Chromebook-compatible, which matters for school use.
How does a child mute the mic?
By flipping it up: the mic swivels to mute, and stays tucked away in that same position when not in use. It is the simplest action to explain to a child playing online.
Can this headset rest around your neck during a break?
Yes, the ear cups rotate: they swivel flat so the headset can rest against you, or be put away without straining the headband. This is also what lets it lie flat in a school bag.
Is this headset comfortable for a child?
It is a closed-back on-ear design — resting on the ear — with memory foam ear cushions, and weighs only 130 g. On a small head, weight matters more than anything else.
How good are the speakers in this children's headset?
They are 30 mm drivers with neodymium magnets, a diameter suited to a compact headset. Combined with the 85 dB cap, they aim for comfortable listening rather than showy bass.
Is the wired HyperX Cloud Mini headset new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with a 1-year warranty, the invoice serving as the warranty document. The full measurements are in the HyperX datasheet.
