Does the Odyssey G8 G81SF have built-in speakers?
No, this monitor has no speakers. Sound comes out through its headphone jack or stays on the speakers connected to the PC: plan for an audio solution if it replaces a monitor that had them. Plugging your headset into the monitor at least saves you fumbling behind the tower every session.
Which cables are included in the box?
The monitor comes with a DisplayPort cable, an HDMI cable and its 1.5 m power cable. Power is supplied through an external adapter: set aside a spot for it behind the desk or on the power strip.
Is there a USB-C port to connect a laptop with a single cable?
