1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What real battery life can you expect from the JBL GO 4?
7 hours of listening on a charge, to which Playtime Boost adds up to 2 hours by adjusting the speaker's performance. The two figures therefore add up: 7 hours in normal use, 9 at most with the power-saving mode switched on.
Can the JBL GO 4 handle the pool and sand?
Yes, it is IP67 certified: the 6 stands for complete protection against dust, and therefore sand, and the 7 for temporary immersion in water. A pool party or a seaside picnic are within its stated use.
What are 4.2 W worth on a pocket speaker like the GO 4?
Mono sound covering 90 Hz to 20 kHz, designed for close-range listening: desk, bathroom, bedside table, picnic table. The range stops at 90 Hz in the bass, which places the speaker on the side of clarity rather than deep bass.
How much does the JBL GO 4 weigh and how do you carry it?
190 g and 94.3 x 75.7 x 42.2 mm: the size of a thick wallet. An integrated carrying handle lets you hang it from a bag or a belt, with no extra accessory needed.
Can two JBL GO 4 speakers play at the same time?
Yes: two GO 4 speakers pair in stereo, one taking the left channel and the other the right, and several Auracast-compatible JBL speakers can link up wirelessly to play the same music. The connection uses Bluetooth 5.3.
Can the GO 4's sound be adjusted?
Yes, via the JBL Portable app: equaliser presets are available, and a fully customisable equaliser lets you adjust the high, mid and low frequencies separately. The app is also used for the speaker's updates.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document. Its grille is made of post-consumer recycled fabric and its packaging of FSC-certified paper, printed with soy ink.
