1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the JBL Clip 5 last 12 or 15 hours?
12 hours in normal listening, and 3 more hours with Playtime Boost, giving 15 at most. A full recharge takes 3 hours via the USB-C port.
How does the Clip 5 produce its 7 W?
With a single 45 mm driver backed by a passive radiator that extends the bass. It is this pairing that gives a 285 g enclosure a fuller sound than its size would suggest.
Where can you hang the JBL Clip 5 Purple?
On anything its wide-opening integrated carabiner can close around: a backpack strap, a belt loop, handlebars, a tent pole. It is part of the speaker, so nothing comes apart or gets lost.
Can the Clip 5 handle water and dust?
Yes, it is IP67 certified: the 6 stands for full protection against dust and the 7 for temporary immersion. Hiking, the beach or the bathroom are all within its scope of use.
Can you play several speakers together with the Clip 5?
Yes: two Clip 5 speakers pair in stereo, each taking one channel, and Auracast lets you link several compatible JBL speakers to the same music, to cover more space.
Can you customise the sound of the Clip 5?
Yes, via the JBL Portable app, which offers a customisable EQ in addition to firmware updates and product support.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
