1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

How does the Energy Sistem HyperBeat produce its 80 W?
With two 3-inch full-range drivers backed by two passive bass radiators, in a 2.0 stereo configuration, over a range of 50 Hz to 18 kHz. The passive membranes take the bass lower than power alone would allow.
What battery life and charging time does the HyperBeat offer?
Up to 15 hours of playback on a 4,400 mAh lithium-ion battery, with a full recharge in about 4 hours. The trade-off for a battery this size: topping it up takes half a day.
Can the HyperBeat play without a phone?
Yes: it plays MP3 and WAV files from a USB flash drive or a microSD card up to 128 GB. Enough to let a long playlist run without tying up a mobile phone all evening.
What does the HyperBeat's IPX6 rating cover?
Powerful water jets from any direction: driving rain, splashes by a pool. The X indicates that dust resistance has not been rated, and immersion is not covered.
Can you pair two HyperBeat speakers for true stereo?
Yes, with True Wireless Stereo: the two speakers sync up and split the channels between them. The connection to the phone uses Bluetooth 5.3, class II, with a stated range of 20 metres.
Can you take a call or talk to the voice assistant?
Yes to both: a built-in microphone handles hands-free calls, and the phone's voice assistant — Google or Siri — remains accessible from the speaker, without taking out your mobile.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document. Its RGB lighting accompanies the music, making it as suited to a party as to listening on the terrace.
