1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Is the Energy Sistem Nami ECO really made of recycled plastic?
Yes: its casing is made from 100% recycled plastic. That is the model's defining choice, and it involves no compromise on connectivity or on stated power compared with the standard speakers in the range.
What do the Nami ECO's 15 W amount to?
Genuine 2.0 stereo sound: two 40 mm full-range drivers, covering 80 Hz to 18 kHz with a signal-to-noise ratio above 60 dB. The format is aimed at the bedroom, the office or a terrace table.
Can the Nami ECO play without a phone?
Yes: it plays MP3 and WAV files from a USB flash drive or a microSD card up to 128 GB. A 3.5 mm jack input also accepts a wired source, such as a computer or a player.
What battery life and charging time does the Nami ECO offer?
Up to 12 hours of playback on a 2,000 mAh lithium-polymer battery, recharged in about 3 hours via a USB Type-C port. A whole day of music on a single charge.
What does this speaker's IPX6 rating cover?
Powerful water jets from any direction: driving rain, splashes by a pool. The X indicates that dust resistance has not been rated, and this rating does not cover immersion.
Can you pair two Nami ECO speakers for stereo?
Yes, with the True Wireless function: two speakers sync up, each taking one channel, for a wider soundstage. The connection to the phone uses Bluetooth 5.3, class II, with a stated range of 20 metres.
Can you take a call on the speaker?
Yes, the hands-free function is built in: the call switches to the speaker while you keep your hands free. The RGB lighting is also available for ambience, regardless of the music source.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document. It charges via USB Type-C: a recent phone's cable is enough to power it back up if the original goes missing.
