1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can the Energy Sistem TempoRave play without a phone?
Yes, in three ways: a USB flash drive, a microSD card in MP3, or the built-in FM radio. A wired audio input rounds things off — four sources in total, which is rare in this format.
What do the TempoRave's 40 W amount to?
Power calibrated to fill a room rather than for close-up listening, and which doubles when you pair two speakers in stereo. The connection to the phone uses Bluetooth 5.4, the latest generation.
What does this speaker's IPX6 rating protect against?
Water jets from any direction — driving rain, pool splashes. The X indicates that dust resistance has not been rated, and the rating does not cover immersion.
Can you pair two TempoRave speakers?
Yes, the True Wireless Stereo function syncs two speakers, each taking one channel. It is the intended way to widen the soundstage without changing model, by adding a second speaker later.
What battery life does the TempoRave offer?
Up to 12 hours of playback per charge — enough to cover a full day or a whole evening without looking for a socket, LED lighting included.
Can you take a call with the TempoRave?
Yes: the hands-free function switches the call to the speaker, and the phone's voice assistant remains accessible from it. The casing is also made from recycled plastic.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document. Its LED light effects accompany the music, making it as much a party speaker as a listening speaker.
