1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

What do the Energy Sistem Yume ECO's 15 W amount to?
Sound billed as stereo in a compact cylindrical format: the speaker is designed for a bedroom, an office or a terrace table, where its shape helps it spread the sound widely.
What is the Bluetooth range of the Yume ECO?
Up to 20 metres. In practice, the phone can stay in a neighbouring room while the speaker plays, within the limits of the walls between the two devices.
Can the speaker play from a memory card?
Yes, it has a built-in microSD reader, and also accepts a wired source through its 3.5 mm jack input. Two ways to listen without relying on Bluetooth or on the phone's battery.
How long does the Yume ECO play and how is it charged?
Up to 12 hours of playback, recharged via a USB Type-C port — the connector used on recent phones, so there is no need to hunt for a specific cable.
Can you answer a call with the Yume ECO?
