This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

What does the IPX6 rating of the Energy Sistem Bloom speaker protect against?
Powerful water jets from any direction: driving rain, splashes at the poolside or spray on a hike. The X means that dust resistance has not been rated, and this rating does not cover immersion.
Can the Bloom play music without a phone?
Yes, from a microSD card of up to 128 GB, in MP3 and WAV, on an exFAT or FAT32 file system. A folder skip function even lets you change album directly from the speaker. A 3.5 mm jack input also accepts a wired source.
What battery life does the Energy Sistem Bloom claim and how does it recharge?
18 hours of listening on a 1,800 mAh (3.7 V) lithium-ion battery, recharged in 3 hours via a USB Type-C port at 5 V / 2 A. A full day of music, from sunrise to sunset, without looking for a socket.
What do 10 W amount to on a speaker this size?
A single 52 mm full-range driver in a mono configuration, covering 80 Hz to 18 kHz. It is a backpack-sized speaker: it fills a bedroom, a bathroom or a spot on the beach with sound, not an open-air party.
Can two Bloom speakers be paired to get stereo?
Yes, True Wireless Stereo technology synchronises two speakers: each one takes a channel and the sound output doubles. It is the simplest way to widen the sound without changing model, by adding a second speaker later.
Can you answer a call and talk to the voice assistant?
Yes to both: a built-in microphone handles hands-free calls, and the speaker gives access to your phone's Google or Siri voice assistant. The HFP profile required for calls is also among the Bluetooth profiles supported.
What Bluetooth range and which codecs does the Bloom speaker offer?
Up to 20 metres over Bluetooth 5.3, a version that focuses on signal stability. The supported codec is SBC, the one every phone can use: compatibility is complete, whatever the device.
How much does the Bloom weigh and how much space does it take up?
331 g for 95 x 85 x 85 mm: it fits in one hand and slips into a backpack pocket. Its housing is made of GRS-certified 100% recycled plastic, and its packaging of FSC-certified cardboard.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document. Charging is via a USB Type-C cable, a connector now common to most phones: a lost cable is easy to replace.
