This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Music Box B3 last 12 or 10 hours?
Both, depending on the source: 12 hours when the music comes through the wired audio input, 10 hours over Bluetooth, as the wireless connection uses more power. The 10-hour figure is the one to remember for everyday use from a phone.
What do 6 W deliver on the Energy Sistem Music Box B3?
A 2.0 system — two speakers, so true stereo sound — assisted by an acoustic enhancement system, over a range of 90 Hz to 18 kHz with a signal-to-noise ratio above 80 dB. The format is aimed at close-range listening: office, bedroom, kitchen.
Does the Music Box B3 have an audio output as well as the input?
Yes: its 3.5 mm jack works as both input and output. So you can connect a wired source to it, but also send the signal on to another device — headphones or a second powered speaker, for example.
What is the Bluetooth range of the Music Box B3?
Up to 10 metres over Bluetooth 4.0, with the A2DP profile for audio streaming and AVRCP for playback controls. A one-room range: the phone stays close to the speaker.
How does the Music Box B3 charge?
Through a micro-USB port, not USB-C: keep the cable supplied or get a spare micro-USB cable. The 1,800 mAh lithium battery powers up to 12 hours of wired playback.
Can you take a call with the Music Box B3?
Yes, a built-in microphone provides the hands-free function: the call switches to the speaker, which is still more comfortable than a phone loudspeaker when you are working or cooking nearby.
What is in the Music Box B3 box?
The speaker, a 3.5 mm audio cable, a USB cable for charging and the guide. As both cables are included, both listening modes — wired and wireless — can be used straight out of the box.
