1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Up to 18 hours of playback on a 1,800 mAh lithium-ion battery, recharged in about 2.5 hours via a USB Type-C port. A whole day of music, topped back up in a morning.
What can you expect from a 40 mm, 10 W driver?
Sound covering 80 Hz to 18 kHz from a single full-range driver. It is the format of a secondary speaker — bedroom, bathroom, camping table — that you take along for its light weight rather than its volume.
Can the Sunrise play without a smartphone?
Yes: it plays MP3 and WAV files from a microSD card up to 128 GB, and accepts a wired source on its 3.5 mm jack input.
What Bluetooth range can you expect from this speaker?
Up to 20 metres with Bluetooth 5.3, class II. Version 5.3 improves link stability, which matters when the phone stays in another room while you listen.
Can you take a call with the Sunrise?
