1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Can the Energy Sistem Music Box 9+ play without a phone?
Yes, in three ways: a USB flash drive or a microSD card up to 128 GB in MP3 and WAV, or the built-in FM radio with automatic scanning over 87.5 - 108 MHz. The 3.5 mm jack input also accepts any wired source.
What do the 50 W of the Music Box 9+ really deliver?
A 2.0 system with four drivers: two full-range drivers and two tweeters, backed by a rear-facing passive radiator that extends the bass. The frequency range runs from 60 Hz to 18 kHz, with a signal-to-noise ratio above 80 dB.
What battery life and charging time does this speaker claim?
Up to 12 hours of playback on a 4,000 mAh lithium-ion battery, and a full recharge in 2 h 30 min. Enough to cover an afternoon at the beach and then the evening without looking for a socket, and to recharge it during the next day's meal.
Can you pair two Music Box 9+ speakers for true stereo?
Yes, with the True Wireless Stereo function: one speaker plays the left channel, the other the right channel, which also doubles the power. Note — pairing works with a second Music Box 9+, not with another model from the brand.
What is the Bluetooth range of the Music Box 9+?
Up to 20 metres over Bluetooth 5.0, Class II. In practice, the phone can stay on a table indoors while the speaker plays on the patio, provided there are not too many load-bearing walls in the signal's path.
Can the speaker take a call?
Yes, it has a built-in hands-free function: the call switches to the speaker, which is more comfortable than a phone loudspeaker when several people in the room are following the conversation.
What is in the Music Box 9+ box?
The speaker, its power adapter and the user guide. As the mains adapter is included, you can charge it straight out of the box, without hunting through a drawer for a compatible charger.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
