1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Does the JBL Clip 5 last 12 or 15 hours on a charge?
12 hours of normal listening and 3 more hours with Playtime Boost, making 15 at most. A full recharge takes 3 hours through the USB-C port, with the cable included in the box.
Where can you clip the JBL Clip 5 White?
Anywhere its built-in wide-opening carabiner will fit: a backpack strap, a belt loop, bicycle handlebars, a tent pole. It is part of the housing, so nothing comes off or gets lost.
Is the Clip 5 water- and dust-resistant?
Yes, it is IP67 certified: the 6 means complete protection against dust and the 7 temporary immersion. The manufacturer explicitly intends it for hiking and camping.
What can you expect from a 7 W, 285-gram speaker?
Mono sound from 95 Hz to 20 kHz, backed by a passive radiator that makes the bass more present. It is a background speaker — bathroom, tent, bike, desk — rather than a party speaker.
Can you keep two devices connected to the Clip 5?
Yes, it supports multipoint connection: two devices stay paired at the same time, so you can switch from your phone to your computer without pairing again each time.
Can two Clip 5 speakers be paired for wider sound?
