1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

What battery life does the JBL Grip Pink offer?
12 hours of listening per charge, extended to 14 hours with Playtime Boost. Allow 3 hours for a full recharge, at 5 V / 3 A — a recent phone's charger will do.
What level of protection does the JBL Grip offer?
An IP68 rating — waterproof and dustproof — combined with drop resistance: the manufacturer rates it to still work after a one-metre drop onto concrete.
How do you control the ambient light on the Grip?
With the side button, which cycles through the light themes of the rear panel, and with the JBL Portable app for brightness and colours. The mood can be set in a few seconds, without reconfiguring anything.
What does 16 W of power deliver on this speaker?
It comes from a single 43 x 80 mm driver covering 70 Hz to 20 kHz (-6 dB). The sound is mono, but two speakers can be paired in stereo to widen the soundstage.
Can you adjust the equalisation from a phone?
Yes: the JBL Portable app offers a 7-band equaliser, lighting settings and updates to the speaker's internal software. It is not required for listening, but it refines the result.
How much does the JBL Grip weigh, and what is in its box?
385 g for an elongated shape that fits in one hand. The carton contains the speaker, the quick start guide and the warranty card with the safety sheet — you will need to supply the USB-C cable.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
