1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How many hours of music does the JBL Clip 5 Red deliver?
12 hours of playback per charge, plus 3 hours when you activate Playtime Boost mode, for a maximum of 15 hours. The battery fully charges in 3 hours via the USB-C port, with the cable included in the box.
Is the Clip 5 carabiner removable or built in?
Built into the casing, and redesigned on this generation with a wider opening. So there is nothing to screw on or lose: the speaker clips straight onto a backpack, a belt or a tent carabiner.
What kind of sound comes out of a 285-gram speaker?
Mono sound at 7 W, covering 95 Hz to 20 kHz, with a passive radiator that reinforces the bass. At 86.3 x 134.5 x 46 mm, it fills a bathroom, a tent or an office — not an outdoor party.
Can you keep your phone and computer connected at the same time?
Yes, multipoint connection keeps two devices paired at the same time. You switch from one to the other without repeating the pairing procedure — handy between a video call on the computer and music from the phone.
Can you take the Clip 5 hiking or to the waterside?
Yes, its IP67 rating covers complete protection against dust and temporary immersion. The manufacturer itself names hiking and camping as intended uses for this model.
Can two Clip 5 speakers play in stereo?
Yes: stereo pairing of two Clip 5 speakers assigns one channel to each. And with Auracast, several compatible JBL speakers play the same music at the same time, over Bluetooth 5.3.
Is the speaker new and covered by a warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document. The box contains the speaker, a USB Type-C cable, the quick start guide and the warranty card with the safety sheet.
