Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Staging : microphone stand, boom arm, pop filter, mounts and ambient speakers photographed are not included unless stated.
  • Quantity : the number of speakers or channels visible in the image does not necessarily match the set sold.
  • Cables and tips : the cables, adapters, ear tips and cases supplied are those listed in the specifications.
  • Specifications : Bluetooth, jack socket, USB, noise cancellation and battery life cannot be read from a photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the cord supplied with this Jabra BIZ 1500 Duo?
Yes, the kit pairs the QD-connector headset with the Jabra GN1216 cord with an RJ9 plug. This cord links the headset to a desk phone's headset port: there is nothing else to plan for.
Exactly which phones is this GN1216 cord intended for?
Avaya 16XX and 96XX series desk phones. Check the model number printed under your phone before ordering: with this type of kit, it is always the cord that determines compatibility, not the headset.
Does this kit also work with a computer?
Its connection is QD to RJ9, designed for a desk phone's headset port. For a computer and its softphones, a QD to USB adapter has to be used in its place, while the headset stays the same.
How many desk phones does the Biz 1500 series cover?
Jabra states that its contact centre headsets are compatible with more than 10,000 conventional desk phone models, as well as with all the softphones and platforms in the field — Cisco, Avaya, Genesys Cloud.
Should you choose the Duo or the Mono version?
This one is the Duo, with two ear cups: you shut out the hubbub of the office floor to concentrate on the call. The Mono, by contrast, leaves one ear free to stay in touch with the team and the supervisor.
Does the microphone filter out background noise for the person I am talking to?
Yes, it is a noise-cancelling microphone that reduces background sounds so that only your voice is transmitted. On your side, attenuation comes from the two ear cups, as the headset does not have active noise cancellation.
Can this headset handle intensive daily use?
That is what it is made for: Jabra presents the Biz 1500 series as professional, affordable and durable, with a robust, ergonomic design built for workstations where people talk and listen all day long.
Is this Jabra BIZ 1500 kit new and under warranty?
Yes, headset and cord new in their original Jabra packaging. Your invoice serves as the warranty document and covers 1 year on this part number.
