1 month manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 month by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Jabra Biz 2300 QD plug straight into a USB port?
No. This version ends in a QD (Quick Disconnect) connector: it connects to a desk phone with a QD cord, or to a computer with a Jabra Link adapter. Make sure you get this connecting part along with the headset: it is what determines how it connects.
What is the Quick Disconnect connector on a call centre headset for?
For leaving your desk without taking the headset off or hanging up: the connector in the middle of the cord unclips in one movement and clips back in when you return. This is what sets a contact centre headset apart from an ordinary office headset.
Does the Biz 2300 cord stand up to heavy use?
It is Kevlar-reinforced, precisely for contact centre conditions: constant use, chair castors, sharp objects. Jabra presents it as a total cost of ownership advantage, with fewer replacements and fewer service interruptions.
Is the mic boom likely to break from being turned so often?
It rotates through 360° without risk of breaking, thanks to the FreeSpin system. This is the usual wear point on an agent's headset, the one that eventually gives way when it is repositioned ten times a day.
Does the Biz 2300 protect your ear from unexpected sound spikes?
Yes: PeakStop technology filters out all sounds above 118 dB before they reach your ear. At a desk where calls come one after another, this limit is what protects you from feedback or a knock on the handset at the other end.
What is the Air Shock microphone on the Jabra Biz 2300?
It is the processing that filters out breath noise and sudden sounds — the popping “p”, the sound of breathing — often present in close-up conversation. Combined with background noise reduction, it lets only the voice through.
How much does the Duo version of the Biz 2300 weigh?
68 g for the Duo, with two ear cups, compared with 49 g for the Mono version with a single ear cup. This low weight is what limits fatigue over a full day of calls, with an adjustable headband and boom.
Can this headset be used with Skype for Business?
Yes, by connecting it to a Jabra Link 260 MS adapter: the combination then meets Skype for Business standards. The adapter is the part that turns the QD connection into a USB connection for the computer.
