This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Is the cord supplied with this Jabra BIZ 2300 QD Duo?
Yes, that is the whole point of this kit: the QD-connector headset comes with the Jabra GN1216 cord, which ends in an RJ9 plug for desk phones. Nothing else to order to connect the phone.
Which phones does this GN1216 cord plug into?
It is presented as suitable for Avaya 16XX and 96XX series desk phones. Check the exact model printed on your phone before ordering: it is the cord, not the headset, that determines compatibility.
Does this kit plug into a computer's USB port?
Its connection is QD to RJ9: it is designed for a desk phone's headset port, not for a USB port. For a computer, you need a QD to USB adapter instead of the RJ9 cord.
Does the cord stand up to intensive use?
It is Kevlar-reinforced, designed for contact centre conditions: constant use, chair castors, sharp objects. Jabra presents it as a total cost of ownership benefit, with fewer replacements and fewer interruptions.
Is the mic boom likely to break with use?
It rotates through 360° with no risk of breaking, thanks to the FreeSpin system. The headband and boom are adjustable, which avoids straining the hinge at every shift change.
What happens if there is a sudden sound spike in your ear?
PeakStop technology filters out all sounds above 118 dB before they reach the ear. At a workstation handling back-to-back calls, this is the protection that matters most, because you do not choose what comes down the line.
How does the microphone deal with breath noise and the noise of the office floor?
The Air Shock microphone filters out unwanted breath noise and the sudden sounds typical of close-up conversations, while HD Voice technology renders the other person's voice as naturally as possible. The ear cups attenuate noise on your side.
How much does the Duo version of this headset weigh?
68 g for the two ear cups, compared with 49 g for the Mono version in the same range. The headband and boom are adjustable, and the multifunction control unit handles volume and microphone mute.
