1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the BIZ 2300's mic boom likely to break?
It rotates through 360° with no risk of breaking, thanks to the FreeSpin system: it turns endlessly in both directions instead of hitting a stop. That is the usual breaking point of a call-centre headset.
Does the cord withstand intensive use?
It is Kevlar-reinforced, built for the tough conditions of contact centres: daily use, chair castors, sharp objects. Across a fleet of several dozen workstations, that is what cuts down on replacements.
What does PeakStop hearing protection do?
It blocks any sound above 118 dB before it reaches the ear: unexpected spikes, feedback or a knock on the other party's handset are filtered out. It is a safeguard that matters over eight hours of headset use a day.
What does the Air Shock microphone on this BIZ 2300 filter out?
Breath noise and sudden sounds — a popping “p”, a sneeze, a knock on the desk — which are common in conversation. HD Voice technology, for its part, renders the other person's voice as close to natural as possible.
How much does the Duo version of this headset weigh?
68 g for the duo version, this one, with two ear cups — the mono version weighs 49. The headband and boom are adjustable, which matters more than the grams over a full day.
Where do you adjust the volume during a call?
On the cord's multifunction control unit: adjusting the volume and muting the microphone take a single touch, without taking your eyes off the screen or hunting for the button in the calling software.
How do you connect this BIZ 2300 QD to a computer?
Through the supplied Jabra Link 230 adapter: the headset's QD connector clips into it and the adapter plugs in via USB. No installation needed: the headset is recognised by softphones and VoIP systems.
Does this headset have active noise cancellation?
No, it does not: the ear cups attenuate ambient noise through their design alone. The active work happens on the microphone side, which is noise-cancelling, so that the person you are talking to does not hear the office floor.
