1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the BlackShark V2 X's 7.1 surround sound work on consoles?
7.1 surround sound is reserved for 64-bit Windows 10. On PlayStation, Xbox, Switch or Mac, the headset works perfectly in stereo, but the spatial positioning that helps you locate footsteps does not activate.
Does the Razer BlackShark V2 X need charging?
No, it is wired: a universal 3.5 mm jack, no battery to keep an eye on and no cut-outs mid-game. It is listed as compatible with PC, Mac, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and mobile.
Does the mic flip up when you are not talking?
Yes, the HyperClear mic is foldable: you flip it up along the ear cup between games. It is cardioid, so aimed at your mouth, with a more open housing than average to keep your voice clear.
Does this headset electronically cancel the noise around me?
No, the isolation is entirely passive: closed ear cups that cover the ear and thick cushions that form a seal around it. That is what dampens the noise of a room or a fan-cooled tower, without any electronics.
Does the BlackShark V2 X stay comfortable over a long session?
It weighs 240 g, with thick headband padding and ear cushions made of memory foam covered in breathable fabric and leatherette. The fabric limits heat on the temples; the leatherette seals better around the ear.
What are the 50 mm TriForce drivers?
50 mm drivers whose diaphragm is divided into three distinct zones, tuned separately for highs, mids and lows. The benefit in games: the bass does not drown out high-pitched cues such as footsteps or a reload.
Can you plug this headset into a phone?
Yes, provided the device has a 3.5 mm jack port: the manufacturer specifies this for mobiles. On a phone without a headphone jack, you will need an adapter for its charging port.
Is the Razer BlackShark V2 X headset new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with a 1-year warranty provided by the invoice. Keep it: it is all you need for any workshop repair.
