1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does this white headset plug into the PlayStation controller?
Yes: it is wired with a 3.5 mm jack, the socket found on the controller, and also works on PC, Mac, Nintendo Switch and mobile. No dongle, no pairing, no battery to charge.
Is surround sound available everywhere?
No: 7.1 surround is reserved for Windows. On console or mobile, the headset remains perfectly usable in stereo, but without the positioning that helps you pinpoint where footsteps are coming from.
How do you mute the mic between games?
By flipping it up: the HyperClear cardioid mic is foldable and lifts up along the ear cup. Its open design limits obstruction in front of the capsule, which Razer links to more faithful voice reproduction.
Does this headset electronically cancel ambient noise?
No, the isolation is entirely passive: closed over-ear cups that cover the ear and cushions that seal around it. That is what dampens a noisy room, without any electronic colouring.
Is the white BlackShark V2 X light on the head?
240 g, with thick headband padding and ear cushions made of memory foam covered in breathable fabric and leatherette. It is the design Razer intends for long competitive sessions.
What are the 50 mm TriForce drivers?
50 mm drivers whose diaphragm is divided into three distinct zones, tuned separately for highs, mids and lows. In games, this stops the bass from masking footsteps or a reload.
Can you use it with a phone on the go?
Yes, provided the device has a 3.5 mm jack: that is the headset's only connection. On a phone without a headphone jack, you will need an adapter for the charging port.
Is the white BlackShark V2 X headset for PlayStation new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with a 1-year warranty provided by the invoice. Keep it: it is all you need for any workshop repair.
