1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Kraken Kitty V2's lighting react to your stream?
Yes: the ear cup lighting reacts to emotes and alerts on your stream. It can be customised with 16.8 million colours and many effects, via Razer Chroma RGB.
Does this headset need charging before a stream?
No, it is wired: the USB connection powers it and carries the sound. No battery to check before you go live — exactly what you want from a streaming headset.
Does this headset's mic keep out room noise?
That is its job: the HyperClear cardioid mic is designed to reduce noise coming from all directions and keep only your voice. On a stream, it stops the keyboard and the fan from going out on air.
Does this headset have active noise cancellation?
No: the advertised noise cancellation is that of the mic; it acts on what your audience hears. On your side, the isolation comes from the enclosed ear cups and their cushions, with no electronic processing.
Do the ear cushions hold up over a long stream?
They combine hybrid fabric and leatherette, described as soft and breathable: the fabric lets air circulate, the leatherette seals. It is the compromise chosen for sessions lasting several hours.
How good are the 40 mm TriForce drivers?
Their 40 mm diaphragm is divided into three parts, tuned separately for highs, mids and lows. Razer promises clear, distortion-free sound: the bass does not mask voices or in-game cues.
Is the white Razer Kraken Kitty V2 headset new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with a 1-year warranty provided by the invoice. Keep it: it is all you need for any workshop repair.
