1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

What does the Kraken Kitty V2 Quartz plug into?
A USB port: it is a wired headset, with no battery or pairing. Plug it in, the lighting comes on and the headset is ready — no charge level to check before starting a session.
What makes this headset stand out for streaming?
Its illuminated cat ears and above all ear cup lighting that reacts to emotes and alerts received during the stream. It is as much a piece of on-stream showmanship as a gaming headset.
How many colours can the lighting display?

No, it does not have active noise cancellation. The attenuation comes from the enclosed ear cups and their hybrid fabric and leatherette cushions: passive isolation, sufficient for a quiet room.
What are this headset's TriForce drivers?
40 mm drivers whose diaphragm is divided into three zones, each tuned for one part of the spectrum — highs, mids, lows. The aim is clear sound in which the bass does not drown out the rest.
