1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

How many ways can the BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed be connected?
Three: 2.4 GHz wireless, Bluetooth and wired USB. USB mode also lets you play while charging, with no loss of performance — so the battery never decides when a session ends.
What battery life and charging time does this headset have?
Up to 70 hours of gaming, for a full charge of about 4 h 30 min. And 15 minutes of charging gives back about 6 hours, enough to cover an evening without waiting for the full cycle.
Does this headset's mic come off?
Yes, it is a detachable 9.9 mm cardioid mic with unidirectional pickup: it only picks up what comes from your mouth and keeps out the keyboard or the fan. Unplugged, the headset becomes a pair of listening headphones.
Can you adjust how much of your own voice you hear?
Yes, there is a dial for that. On a closed headset, hearing yourself speak stops you from straining your voice without realising it: it is a comfort setting as much as a courtesy to your team.
Does this headset offer surround sound?
Yes, 7.1 surround, but on PC only, via Razer Synapse. On a console or phone, the headset works in stereo, without the software positioning that helps you locate sounds.
Is this model light enough for long gaming sessions?
270 g, which Razer presents as an ultra-lightweight design, with plush cushions. That is light for a wireless headset rated at 70 hours of battery life: the battery has not come at the cost of weight.
How good are the drivers in this BlackShark V3 X?
They are 2nd-generation 50 mm TriForce drivers: the diaphragm is divided into three distinct zones, tuned separately for highs, mids and lows, so that the bass does not mask in-game cues.
