This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which processors does the MSI PRO H610M-E DDR4 accept?
12th-, 13th- and 14th-generation Intel Core processors, as well as Pentium Gold and Celeron, on the LGA 1700 socket with the Intel H610 chipset.
How many memory slots does this motherboard offer?
Two slots only, in dual-channel DDR4, up to 3,200 MHz. Two modules are therefore enough to max out the board: choose them at the capacity you need from the outset.
Can I connect a VGA monitor to this motherboard?
Yes: a VGA port sits at the rear, next to the HDMI. This lets you reuse an older monitor without an adapter, a common case when renewing a fleet of computers.
Do these video outputs work without a graphics card?
They require a processor with integrated graphics. With such a processor, HDMI goes up to 4K at 60 Hz; without it, a graphics card becomes essential.
Can I install an NVMe SSD on this motherboard?
Yes: it has one M.2 Gen3 x4 port, rated at 32 Gbps, alongside four SATA 6 Gbps ports. It is the slot to reserve for the system drive.
Does this MSI motherboard have Wi-Fi?
No: it connects via Gigabit Ethernet (Realtek RTL8111H controller). For wireless, plan for a PCIe card or a USB Wi-Fi adapter at build time.
How many USB ports does this motherboard offer?
Four 5 Gbps Type-A USB ports and eight USB 2.0 ports. Enough to connect a keyboard, mouse, printer and office peripherals without a hub.
How can I identify a boot failure on this board?
With the EZ Debug diagnostic LEDs, which point to the faulty component when the machine refuses to start. The graphics slot is also reinforced with Steel Armor against bending.
