1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which processors does the MSI PRO B860-P support?
Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processors, on an LGA 1851 socket with the Intel B860 chipset. This socket differs from LGA 1700: a 12th- to 14th-generation Core processor will not fit.
Does this motherboard have Wi-Fi?
No: this version connects via a wired link, with a 5 Gbps port (Realtek 8126 controller). For wireless, plan for a PCIe card or a USB Wi-Fi adapter.
What does this motherboard's Thunderbolt 4 port allow?
Transfers over USB-C at up to 40 Gbps. It is the port for docking stations, fast storage enclosures and displays connected through a single plug.
How many M.2 SSDs can I install on this motherboard?
Three: one PCIe 5.0, one PCIe 4.0 x4 and one PCIe 4.0 x2. Their speeds are not the same: reserve the Gen5 slot for the system SSD.
How much memory does this B860-P motherboard support?
4 DDR5 slots in dual channel, up to 256 GB and 8,800 MT/s and beyond when overclocked. DDR4 does not fit in these slots.
Does this motherboard fit in a mid-tower case?
It is an ATX form factor measuring 305 × 244 mm. Any case advertised as ATX-compatible will take it; a chassis limited to micro-ATX will be too short.
Do I need a screwdriver to remove an M.2 SSD on this board?
No: the EZ M.2 Shield Frozr II heatsink and the SSD fastening are handled tool-free. The I/O panel is also pre-installed.
Can I connect a monitor to this motherboard without a graphics card?
The HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 outputs carry the processor's integrated graphics. With a Core Ultra that has them, they are enough for office work; otherwise, a graphics card is required in the PCIe 5.0 x16 slot.
What power supply does this MSI motherboard need?
An 8-pin CPU connector and a 4-pin one, the power stage being a dual-rail 12+1+1+1 phase design. The board also carries an additional PCIe power connector.
How many USB ports and SATA drives does this board accommodate?
Two 10 Gbps USB ports, two 5 Gbps USB and four USB 2.0, in addition to the Thunderbolt 4, as well as four SATA 6 Gbps ports for conventional drives.
Is this MSI PRO B860-P motherboard new and under warranty?
