Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Staging : microphone stand, boom arm, pop filter, mounts and ambient speakers photographed are not included unless stated.
  • Quantity : the number of speakers or channels visible in the image does not necessarily match the set sold.
  • Cables and tips : the cables, adapters, ear tips and cases supplied are those listed in the specifications.
  • Specifications : Bluetooth, jack socket, USB, noise cancellation and battery life cannot be read from a photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can you keep the PC and the phone connected at the same time?
Yes, that is SmartSwitch Dual Wireless: the headset holds a 2.4 GHz connection and a Bluetooth connection simultaneously, and a dedicated button switches manually from one to the other.
What happens when a call comes in mid-game?
The call switches automatically to the headset: you answer, then go back to the game audio without taking anything off. The Do Not Disturb mode in the Razer Audio app lets you block these interruptions.
What is in the box of the Barracuda X?
Four accessories: the wireless USB-C dongle, a 3.5 mm audio jack cable, a USB-A to USB-C charging cable and a USB-A to USB-C extension cable for machines without a USB-C port.
What battery life does this pink headset offer?
Up to 50 hours per charge, via USB-C. Enough to cover a week of gaming and commuting without going back to the charger — in keeping with a headset designed to be used at home as well as out and about.
Can you change tracks without taking out your phone?
Yes, with the buttons located under the ear cups: one press to play, pause or answer a call, two for the next track, three for the previous one. The same button ends the call.
Is the mic on this Barracuda X detachable?
Yes, the HyperClear cardioid mic is detachable: tuned to filter out background noise while gaming, it comes off so the headset can go out with you without a boom sticking out.
What are the 40 mm TriForce drivers?
40 mm drivers whose diaphragm is divided into three parts, tuned separately for highs, mids and lows. The bass therefore does not drown out high-frequency cues, in games as in music.
What is the Razer Audio app for with this headset?
To check the battery level, adjust the equaliser and turn on Do Not Disturb mode — the settings that the headset's buttons cannot reach. They stay saved once applied.
Is the Razer Barracuda X Quartz Pink new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with a 1-year warranty provided by the invoice. It weighs 250 g, a weight designed to see you through an evening of gaming as well as a daily commute.
