1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the 7.1 surround sound also work on console and mobile?
No: the BlackShark V2 X's 7.1 surround is only available on Windows 10 64-bit. On a console or a phone, you do not get it: pinpointing exactly where sounds come from remains an advantage reserved for PC.
Which devices can I plug this Razer headset into?
It connects via a 3.5 mm jack and works on PC, Mac, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and phones with a 3.5 mm port. A single analogue connector, nothing to install or pair before playing.
Is there a battery to charge?
No, the BlackShark V2 X is fully wired: no battery to monitor, no charging to plan before a session, and nothing to re-pair. You plug it in and it works.
Does the mic get in the way when you are not talking?
It is foldable: flip it up as soon as you no longer need it. It is a HyperClear cardioid mic, whose more open housing reduces obstruction and cancels ambient noise so your voice stays clear in team chat.
Is it comfortable over sessions lasting several hours?
That is its main selling point: just 240 g, memory foam cushions covered in a blend of breathable fabric and faux leather, and thicker headband padding. The whole design is built for gaming marathons, where weight and pressure start to make themselves felt.
Is the noise isolation active or passive?
Passive, but thorough: the ear cups are closed and fully cover the ear, and the cushions form a tighter seal around the outer ear. The hubbub of a room or the hum of a PC fades away without any electronic processing.
What do the 50 mm TriForce drivers really bring?
Their patented design lets each driver be tuned as if there were three: high, mid and low frequencies are reproduced separately. The result is richer highs, a brighter sound and powerful bass.
Is the headset new and under warranty?
Yes: a new, sealed product, reference RZ04-03240100-R3M1 in black, supplied with its invoice, which serves as the 1-year warranty. This is indeed the black version: the BlackShark V2 X range also comes in green, white and Quartz.
