1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Can you listen with the Head Tuner without a phone?
Yes: an FM radio is built in, and a microSD card reader up to 128 GB plays files directly from the headphones. Two ways to leave the phone aside.
What battery life do these Energy Sistem headphones offer?
Up to 16 hours of listening per charge, enough to last the day without recharging. They connect over Bluetooth 5.3, the most recent generation used in the range.
Do the ear cushions sit on the ear or surround it?
They sit on it: these are on-ear headphones, a format that keeps them light and compact once folded. As the ear is not enclosed, passive isolation remains moderate.
Can you manage calls and music from the headphones?
Yes: the controls are built into the headphones and a microphone handles hands-free calls. Music, volume and answering calls are controlled with a single gesture, without taking out the phone.
