This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can the Galaxy A37 survive being dropped in water?
It is IP68 certified, based on laboratory tests at up to 1.5 metres of fresh water for 30 minutes. A spilt glass or a downpour is nothing to worry about. The beach and the pool are still not recommended, and this resistance wears off with normal use.
Is the Galaxy A37's 5,000 mAh a guaranteed minimum?
No: it is a typical value, an average established on a batch of batteries according to the IEC 61960 standard. The minimum rated capacity is 4,905 mAh. In use, expect up to 2 days, and 60% charge regained in half an hour.
Does the Galaxy A37's glass also protect the camera module?
No: Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ covers the front and back, but not the camera lenses, nor the frame — which also leaves out the side button, volume keys and SIM tray. A case with raised edges is therefore still useful for the camera block.
Is the Galaxy A37 Wi-Fi 6-compatible?
Yes: its 802.11ax Wi-Fi module covers the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands, with MIMO and 1024-QAM. The benefit shows mainly in a home where many devices are transmitting simultaneously. Bluetooth is version 5.3.
Does the Galaxy A37 keep up with demanding apps?
It combines an octa-core processor at 2.75 and 2 GHz, LPDDR5X RAM — faster and more efficient than the previous generation — and a dedicated cooling system that prevents performance from dropping during extended sessions.
Do you need plenty of light to take photos with the Galaxy A37?
Less than you might think: its 50 MP f/1.8 main sensor is optically stabilised, which allows a longer exposure without the image moving. Indoor and night shots therefore come out brighter and less blurry.
What is the limit of the Galaxy A37's zoom?
It is digital, up to 10x: the image is cropped, not magnified optically, and detail fades the further you push it. The two other lenses have other roles — 8 MP ultra-wide to widen the shot, 5 MP macro to get close up.
Is the Galaxy A37 suitable for filming vlogs?
Its 12 MP f/2.2 front camera has Super HDR mode, which balances light, colour and contrast to keep your face clearly visible against the light. On the back, recording goes up to 4K at 30 frames per second.
Where does the Galaxy A37 keep passwords?
In Samsung Knox Vault, certified EAL5+: a hardware area isolated from the main processor that holds PIN codes, passwords and the unlock pattern. Secure private albums also let you keep sensitive photos there.
How many years will the Galaxy A37 remain worry-free to use?
Six generations of OS updates and six years of security patches. It is this period that sets a phone's real lifespan: beyond that point, apps eventually require a more recent system.
How do I get my photos and apps onto the Galaxy A37?

Is the Galaxy A37's screen easy on the eyes?
It has received SGS Eye Care certification for reducing the effects of blue light. The advertised diagonal, 6.7 inches, comes to 6.5 inches once the rounded corners are taken into account, at 1080 × 2340 and 120 Hz.
Is the Galaxy A37 new and under warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document you will be asked for when making a warranty claim.
