This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can the Galaxy A17 5G be submerged in water?
It is rated IP54: this covers dust and splashes, not immersion. A shower of rain or a few drops are no problem, but it must not be submerged or held under a jet of water — this is a lower level of protection than IP67 and IP68.
What does the Galaxy A17 5G's optical image stabiliser bring?
It compensates for tiny hand movements. The 50 MP wide-angle sensor can therefore stay exposed for longer without the image moving: photos taken in the evening come out brighter and less blurry, and handheld video is noticeably steadier.
What are the Galaxy A17 5G's three cameras for?
The 50 MP wide-angle handles everyday photos; the 5 MP ultra-wide widens the frame for a landscape or a group; the 2 MP macro lets you get within a few centimetres of an object or a flower. These last two are secondary sensors, with much lower resolution than the main one.
What does Gemini Live let you do on the Galaxy A17 5G?
Talk to the assistant in natural language and show it what you see through the camera, to get advice, an identification or an idea. The conversation takes place out loud and continuously, rather than as a series of typed questions.
How long will the Galaxy A17 5G stay up to date?
