This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Is 256 GB enough on a Galaxy S26+?
For everyday use — photos, essential apps, messaging — yes, easily. The point to watch is 8K video, by far the phone's bulkiest format: if you regularly film at this resolution, the 512 GB version is worth it.
What improvements does the Galaxy S26+ bring over the S25+?
Its custom processor improves by 38% on the NPU dedicated to AI, 23% in graphics smoothness and 7% in processing. The redesigned vapour chamber also dissipates heat up to 29% better during demanding sessions.
