This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Does the S26 Ultra get hot after an hour of gaming?
It features the largest vapour chamber Samsung has ever fitted, combined with an optimised thermal interface material: thermal performance improves by 21%. Games optimised for Vulkan and ray tracing therefore run without the chip throttling straight away.
What changes in the S26 Ultra's screen rendering?
Colour depth is processed with four times greater precision thanks to the mDNIe image engine, which produces more faithful gradients. ProScaler adds AI processing that sharpens the details of an image viewed full screen.
Can you film while running with the S26 Ultra without shaky footage?
Super Steady mode combines wider optical angles with the gyroscope and acceleration sensors. Its horizontal lock detects the direction of gravity and keeps the shot level, even through a full 360° rotation.
Does the S26 Ultra have a fingerprint reader and a barometer?
Yes to both. The list of sensors includes the fingerprint reader, a barometer, the accelerometer, the gyroscope, the geomagnetic sensor, a Hall-effect sensor — which detects when a flip cover is closed — as well as the light and proximity sensors.
Which Samsung accessories does the S26 Ultra work with?

Yes, in three configurations: two physical nano-SIMs, one nano-SIM plus one eSIM, or two eSIMs. A second number can therefore be activated remotely, without touching the tray — handy for keeping a work line separate from a personal one.
Is the S26 Ultra's S Pen a separate accessory?
No: it is built into the phone. That is what makes it a tool you actually use — annotating a screenshot, signing a document, drawing or jotting down a note on the go on the 6.9-inch display, without having to hunt for a stylus kept somewhere else.
How can you protect your screen from prying eyes on the S26 Ultra?
With the built-in privacy display: the screen darkens for anyone looking at it from an angle. You choose the scope — the whole screen, certain apps, incoming notifications, or just PINs and passwords while you type them.
Until when will the S26 Ultra receive its security patches?
Until 28 February 2033, i.e. seven years of Android support and security updates. Few devices are supported for that long, which matters for everyday security as well as for the phone's value when you part with it.
Can the S26 Ultra serve as a workstation on the move?
Yes: Samsung DeX displays a windowed desktop interface on an external screen, with a keyboard and mouse. Its USB-C port runs at USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5 Gbps), and Wi-Fi 7 on 6 GHz maintains the wireless link in a crowded environment.
Is the S26 Ultra comfortable despite its 6.9 inches?
It weighs 214 g: it is a large format, noticeable in a shirt pocket and one that takes some getting used to one-handed. In return you get a 3120 × 1440 display at 120 Hz, a built-in S Pen and stereo sound — a device designed to be set down and watched as much as carried.
