This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Is the Galaxy S26+ suited to people who watch a lot of video?
That is what it is made for: a very bright 6.7-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display at 120 Hz, paired with a 4,900 mAh battery. The large format and battery life are the two areas in which this version stands apart from the compact model.
Why choose 512 GB rather than 256 on the Galaxy S26+?
Because the device records in 8K and shoots high-definition photos: these are the files that fill up storage. The 512 GB version is aimed at gaming, frequent shooting and large apps; 256 GB covers typical everyday use.
What does the Galaxy S26+ gain over the previous generation?
Its customised processor improves by 38% on the NPU dedicated to AI, by 23% in graphics smoothness and by 7% in processing compared with the Galaxy S25+. The redesigned vapour chamber also dissipates heat up to 29% better.
How quickly does the Galaxy S26+ recharge?
Fast wired charging takes it to 69% in about 30 minutes. On a 4,900 mAh battery, that is a substantial reserve regained over a meal or a journey, without having to leave the device plugged in all evening.
Can you shoot distant subjects with the Galaxy S26+?
Up to 3x without loss: a 10 MP telephoto lens provides optical zoom, complemented by optical-quality 2x from the adaptive sensor. Beyond that, and up to 30x, the zoom becomes digital — the image is cropped, and detail depends on the light.
Does the Galaxy S26+ really record in 8K?
Yes. Filming in 8K leaves considerable headroom to crop or stabilise a clip during editing without dropping below 4K. The trade-off is large files: the USB-C port running at USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5 Gbps) is there to offload them quickly.
What is the UWB chip on the Galaxy S26+ for?
Ultra Wideband measures distance and direction to within a centimetre. A compatible tracker is therefore not just reported as nearby: the phone shows you which direction to walk in to find it, something Bluetooth alone cannot do.
Does the Galaxy S26+ keep the picture level when you film while walking?
Super Steady mode combines wider optical angles with the gyroscope and acceleration sensors. Its horizontal lock detects the direction of gravity and keeps the frame level, even through a full rotation.
How good are Galaxy S26+ photos in the evening?
Nightography processing widens the dynamic range to keep shadows and bright areas legible, with noise reduction tuned to each sensor's profile. The 50 MP wide-angle camera is optically stabilised, which allows longer exposures.
Is the Galaxy S26+ water and dust resistant?
It is IP68-certified. The 6 means it is fully dust-tight, the 8 means it is protected against prolonged immersion in fresh water. Rain, splashes or rinsing under the tap therefore pose no risk to the device.
How many years of updates will the Galaxy S26+ receive?
Seven years of Android updates and security patches. On a device in this class, that period counts as much as the specifications: it sets the point at which you will really need to replace it, and affects its resale value.
