This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How much free space is left on the S26 Ultra's 256 GB?
223.8 GB is available for your files, with the system and pre-installed apps taking up the rest. Keep an eye on it if you film in 8K: it is the phone's largest format, and it fills storage far faster than photos.
Can I activate a second line on the S26 Ultra without a physical card?
Yes. The phone accepts a nano-SIM plus an eSIM, or even two eSIMs, in addition to the standard two-card setup. Activation is done remotely, without opening the tray — handy for keeping a work line separate from a personal one.
What can you do with the S26 Ultra's S Pen?
Write by hand, annotate a document or a screenshot, draw, sign — directly on the 6.9-inch display. The stylus is built into the phone: it is not an accessory to buy and store separately, which makes all the difference to how often you use it.
Can someone sitting next to me read my screen?
Not if you turn on the built-in privacy display: the screen darkens as soon as it is viewed from an angle. You choose what is hidden — the whole screen, certain apps, notifications, or PINs and passwords while you type them.
How many hours of video can the S26 Ultra play in a row?
Up to 31 hours — this is indeed a continuous video playback time, not a day of mixed use with networking, calls and background apps on top. The battery is rated at 5,000 mAh as a typical value.
Can the S26 Ultra replace a laptop when travelling?
Partly: it supports Samsung DeX, which displays a windowed desktop interface on an external screen and works with a keyboard and mouse. Its USB-C port running at USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5 Gbps) keeps pace when exchanging files with a computer.
Is 12 GB of memory enough on the S26 Ultra?
Yes, for the vast majority of uses: browser, photo editing, gaming and Galaxy AI run side by side without reloading at every switch. The 16 GB version is aimed at users who chain heavy workloads. The processor is identical: a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 customised for Galaxy.
Does the S26 Ultra's zoom stay sharp at high magnification?
Up to 5x, the zoom is optical (two focal lengths, 3x and 5x), and the adaptive sensor maintains optical quality at 2x and 10x. Beyond that, up to 100x, it becomes digital: the image remains stabilised, but detail depends heavily on the light.
Is the S26 Ultra heavy to carry all day?
It weighs 214 g and measures 163.6 × 78.1 × 7.9 mm: it is a large format that you notice in a shirt pocket. In return you carry a 6.9-inch 3120 × 1440 display at 120 Hz, an S Pen and a 5,000 mAh battery.
Does the S26 Ultra support the latest Wi-Fi networks?
Yes: 802.11be on 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz, 320 MHz channels and 4096-QAM — in other words, Wi-Fi 7. It also has Bluetooth 6.0 and a UWB chip, which locates a compatible tracker to within a centimetre.
Until what date will the S26 Ultra receive security patches?
Until 28 February 2033, i.e. seven years of Android support and security updates. Few devices last that long: this matters as much for everyday security as for the phone's resale value.
Is the S26 Ultra water and dust resistant?
It is IP68-certified. The 6 means it is fully dust-tight, the 8 means it is protected against prolonged immersion in fresh water. Rain, splashes or rinsing under the tap therefore pose no risk to the device.
Is the Galaxy S26 Ultra new and under warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document for a period of 1 year. Keep it: it is the document you will be asked for when making a warranty claim.
