1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can you use two SIM cards and a microSD card at the same time?
Yes. The microSDXC slot is dedicated: it does not take the place of either SIM card. You therefore keep both lines active while adding memory for your photos and videos, which a hybrid tray does not allow.
Does the Smart 20 support 5G?
It connects to 4G networks. Everyday use does not suffer: calls, browsing, social media and video streaming run smoothly. It is, however, the point to settle if you want 5G for the years ahead.
What is the Smart 20's infrared port for?
It turns the phone into a remote control for devices operated by infrared: TV, air conditioner, set-top box. It is an unusual feature on an entry-level smartphone, and it comes in handy as soon as an original remote is lost or broken.
Is the Smart 20's 120 Hz screen as sharp as a Full HD screen?
Its 6.78-inch IPS LCD panel is HD+, a resolution below Full HD. On the other hand, it refreshes the image 120 times per second: scrolling and animations are much smoother than on a 60 Hz screen. Here the comfort comes from smoothness rather than sharpness.
Can you plug a USB flash drive into the Smart 20?
Yes. The USB Type-C port supports OTG: a USB flash drive, card reader or gamepad plugs in directly, with an adapter if the accessory is USB-A. The same port handles charging and file transfer to a computer.
Can you make contactless payments with the Smart 20?
Yes. The Smart 20 has an NFC chip: once your card is registered in a compatible app, the phone replaces it at the payment terminal. The same chip is used to pair an accessory with a simple tap. A feature still rare on an entry-level model.
Does the Smart 20 run a recent version of Android?
Yes, it runs Android 16, with Infinix's XOS 16 interface. You therefore get the features and protections of the latest generation of Android from the very first start-up, without having to go through a system upgrade.
How good are the Smart 20's cameras for everyday use?
The main sensor is 8 MP, with an f/2.0 aperture, autofocus and a dual LED flash; the front sensor is also 8 MP. Video goes up to 1440p at 30 frames per second. A camera setup designed for everyday photos and social media.
Is the Smart 20 new and covered by a warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document you will be asked for when making a warranty claim.
