This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do you need an adapter to connect wired headphones to the HOT 70?
No: the 3.5 mm jack is there. Your wired earphones plug in directly, without an adapter, and the charging port stays free while you listen. It is a feature that has become rare, even on far more expensive phones.
What difference does the HOT 70's 5,600 mAh make?
Most phones of this size top out at around 5,000 mAh: the HOT 70's 5,600 mAh provides extra reserve, which you notice over a busy day of browsing, video and photos. Even so, the device weighs 195 g and is 7.64 mm thick.
Does the HOT 70 support 5G networks?
It works on 4G. The speed remains more than sufficient for calls, browsing, social media and video streaming. The question is worth asking if you plan to keep the device for several years.
How are the eight cores of the HOT 70's processor divided up?
The Helio G100 Ultimate combines two Cortex-A76 cores at 2.2 GHz, which handle peaks in processing, with six Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz, more economical, which take care of background tasks. This split is what lets it last the day without draining the battery.
Can the HOT 70's RAM be increased?
The phone is listed with 6 GB of expandable RAM: the system borrows part of the storage to extend its working memory and keep more apps open at the same time. Internal storage is 128 GB.
Which camera modes does the HOT 70 offer?
Portrait, HDR, Night, panorama, beauty, time-lapse, AI mode and document scanning. The main camera is 50 MP with an f/1.85 aperture, with autofocus and an LED flash; the 8 MP front camera is lit by a screen flash.
How good is the HOT 70's screen?
It is a 6.78-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The resolution is below Full HD, but the smoothness of scrolling and animations is immediately noticeable compared with a 60 Hz screen — it is what makes the biggest difference day to day.
Does the HOT 70 accept contactless payments?
Yes, thanks to its NFC chip: once your card is registered in a compatible app, the phone replaces it at the payment terminal. Bluetooth 5.4 handles earphones and watches, and the USB-C port supports OTG for a USB flash drive.
Which Android version does the HOT 70 ship with?
Android 16, with Infinix's XOS 16 interface on top. Starting on the latest generation of the system pushes back the point at which the phone will no longer be compatible with current apps.
Is the HOT 70 new and covered by a warranty?
