This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Is the Galaxy S26+ the right choice for reading and watching videos?
That is exactly where it is positioned: a very bright 6.7-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, and a 4,900 mAh battery. Viewing comfort and battery life are the two areas that set this version apart from the compact model.
Is 512 GB too much on a Galaxy S26+?
It depends on what you film. The device records in 8K, the largest format it produces: the 512 GB version is aimed at gaming, frequent high-definition shooting and heavy apps. For everyday use, 256 GB is enough.
Is the Galaxy S26+ an improvement on last year's model?
Its customised processor gains 38% on the NPU that handles AI, 23% in graphics smoothness and 7% in processing over the Galaxy S25+. The revised vapour chamber also dissipates heat up to 29% better during long sessions.
How long does the Galaxy S26+ take to charge?
Fast wired charging brings it back to 69% in about 30 minutes. On a 4,900 mAh battery, that is a substantial reserve regained during a meal or a journey, without tying up the device for a whole evening.
How far can you zoom with the Galaxy S26+ without losing sharpness?
Up to 3x, thanks to a dedicated 10 MP telephoto lens, with optical-quality 2x provided by the adaptive sensor. Beyond that, up to 30x, the zoom becomes digital: the image is cropped and detail depends on the available light.
Does the Galaxy S26+ keep the horizon level when filming on the move?
Super Steady mode combines wider optical angles with the gyroscope and acceleration sensors, and its horizontal lock detects the direction of gravity to keep the frame level, even when you turn a full circle.
What is UWB on the Galaxy S26+ actually for?
Ultra Wideband measures distance and direction to within a centimetre. A compatible tracker is therefore not just reported as “nearby”: the phone shows you which direction to walk in, something Bluetooth alone is unable to do.
How do Galaxy S26+ photos turn out in a dark room?
Nightography processing widens the dynamic range to keep shadows and bright areas legible, with noise reduction tuned to each sensor's profile. The 50 MP wide-angle camera is stabilised, which allows longer exposures.
Can the Galaxy S26+'s USB-C port keep up with large files?
Yes: USB 3.2 Gen 1, i.e. 5 Gbps, five times the speed of a USB 2.0 port. With 8K footage, by far the largest files the device produces, the gap adds up to minutes on every copy to a computer.
Is the Galaxy S26+ vulnerable to dust and water?
It is IP68-certified: the 6 means it is fully dust-tight, the 8 means it is protected against prolonged immersion in fresh water. Rain, splashes or rinsing under the tap therefore pose no risk to the device.
Will the Galaxy S26+ still be supported in six years?
Yes: seven years of Android updates and security patches are announced. On a device in this class, that period counts as much as the specifications — it sets the point at which you will really need to replace it, and affects its resale value.
