Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Display : the icons, apps and wallpapers shown are simulations; the real interface depends on the software version delivered.
  • In the box : charger, earphones and cable often appear in the images although manufacturers no longer supply them.
  • Version sold : one image serves the whole range: storage capacity, memory, connectivity (4G, 5G, Wi-Fi only) and colour are those of the title and the specifications.
  • Features : the number of camera sensors, a fingerprint reader, dual SIM, a stylus or wireless charging cannot be inferred from the photo.
  • Protection : cases, tempered glass and straps photographed are not included unless stated.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the iPhone 15 charge via USB-C?
Yes, its charging port is USB-C, like that of a laptop or a recent tablet. The 20 W power adapter, however, is sold separately: plan to get one if you don't already have one.
Does the iPhone 15's USB-C port allow fast transfers?
It runs at USB 2 speed: that is enough for charging and routine syncing, but copying tens of gigabytes of video takes patience. The connector remains universal, which makes everyday life simpler.
What battery life is claimed for the iPhone 15?
Up to 20 hours of video playback — the figure measured is indeed continuous video playback, not a day of mixed use. The battery is lithium-ion and charges over USB-C as well as wirelessly on a compatible charging pad.
How does the iPhone 15 achieve its 2x zoom?
By cropping the centre of the 48 MP main sensor: its resolution allows this magnification with no visible loss, without a dedicated lens. A 12 MP ultra-wide camera completes the set-up, and the front is a 12 MP TrueDepth camera.
How good is the iPhone 15's screen?
A 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display at 2556 × 1179, reaching 2,000 nits in HDR, with True Tone and the Dynamic Island, which replaces the notch with an interactive area at the top of the screen.
Does the iPhone 15 film in Dolby Vision?
Yes, in 4K Dolby Vision at up to 60 frames per second. Dynamic range and colours are recorded frame by frame, giving a far more nuanced result than standard video on a compatible screen.
What is the iPhone 15's body made of?
An aluminium frame and a glass back, with a Ceramic Shield front and an IP68 rating: fully dust-tight, protected against prolonged immersion in fresh water.
Does the iPhone 15 work with an eSIM?
Yes, eSIM is among its wireless technologies, along with Wi-Fi 6 and 5G sub-6 GHz. Activation is done remotely with your operator: check that it offers this option before ordering.
What is inside the iPhone 15's A16 Bionic chip?
A 6-core CPU, a 5-core GPU and a 16-core Neural Engine for artificial intelligence tasks. RAM is 6 GB, and unlocking is done with Face ID.
Is the iPhone 15 compact?
Yes: 14.76 × 7.15 × 0.78 cm and 171 g. With a 6.1-inch diagonal, it is easy to use one-handed and noticeably lighter than the Max versions in the range, which exceed 230 grams.
Does the iPhone 15 deliver stereo sound?
Yes, it has stereo speakers with spatial audio, which widen the soundstage during playback. The result is especially appreciable on a video recorded in Dolby Vision, a format supported by the device.
Is the iPhone 15 new and under warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document you will be asked for when making a warranty claim.
