1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

By how much does the Pineapple Pro reduce ambient noise?
Up to 30 dB through its active noise cancellation. On top of that comes the passive isolation of the over-ear cushions, which surround the ear before the electronics even come into play — the two effects add up.
What battery life and fast charging do these headphones offer?
Up to 40 hours of listening, and 15 minutes of charging gives about 12 hours. It is one of the best charge-to-battery-life ratios in the range: a coffee break is enough to cover two days of commuting.
In how many ways can you connect the Pineapple Pro?
Three: via Bluetooth 5.4, USB-C or 3.5 mm jack. The wired options come in handy when the battery is flat, when the device has no wireless, or simply when you prefer a cable.
Can the ear cushions on these headphones be replaced?
Yes, they are magnetic and removable: they come off without tools. They are the wear part on headphones worn every day, and being able to change them extends the product's life. They combine memory foam and breathable fabric.
Can you stay connected to two devices at once?
Yes, the multipoint connection holds your computer and phone at the same time, and you switch from one to the other without re-pairing. The connection is described as low latency, to keep picture and sound in sync.
Are calls clear in a busy place?
That is the job of the noise-cancelling mic: it cleans up what the person you are talking to receives, not to be confused with ANC, which works on what you hear. The call controls are right on the ear cup.
Are these headphones suited to work as well as travel?
