Are these headphones light enough to wear all day?
They weigh 152 g, in an on-ear design: the cushions rest on the ear instead of surrounding it. That explains their lightness and their ability to fold flat.
Is pairing quick on Android or Windows?
Yes: the headphones support Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair. Just switch them on near the device: a prompt appears, without going through the Bluetooth menus.
Can you change the sound of these headphones?
Yes, the JBL Headphones app gives access to the equaliser and its presets. Once selected, they stay stored in the headphones.
Can you keep the tablet and the phone connected?
Yes, the multipoint connection keeps two devices paired at the same time: the headphones switch to the incoming call without you having to stop the video playing or re-pair.
Do calls come through clearly in a busy place?
2 directional mics take care of that: they pick up your voice in line with the mouth and keep out what comes from the sides. They work for the person you are talking to, not on what you hear.
How good are the 33 mm drivers of this model?
They carry JBL's Pure Bass signature in a compact format. 33 mm is the usual diameter for on-ear headphones: less generous than a 40 mm driver, but consistent with 152 g on your head.
