1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does a charging cable come with the JBL Tune 530BT?
No: JBL states that the charging cable is not included, as the box contains only the headphones. Make sure you have a USB-C cable — your phone's will do. That is the point to know before opening the box.
What battery life does the Tune 530BT offer for music and calls?
Up to 76 hours of music and 45 hours of talk time: two separate figures, and the second is the one that counts if you make call after call. Allow about 2 hours for a full charge.
Is a five-minute charge enough before heading out?
Yes: 5 minutes give you 5 hours of listening. It is the quick top-up for when the headphones have run flat overnight, until the full two-hour recharge.
Does the Tune 530BT sit on the ear or around it?
It sits on the ear: it is an on-ear model, with an inner ear-cup opening of 3 × 3 cm. This format explains its featherweight 152 g and its ability to fold flat into a bag.
Can you watch a film on a tablet and take a call?
Yes, multipoint keeps two devices paired at the same time and switches from one to the other. The connection uses Bluetooth 6.0, announced with lower latency and reduced power consumption.
Can you change the sound of the Tune 530BT?
Yes, the JBL Headphones app offers three presets: Default for balanced listening, Bass to boost the low end and Vocal to bring voices forward, with a voice prompt at each change.
Do calls stay clear in a busy café?
That is the job of the 2 beamforming mics on the ear cups: they pick up your voice head-on and reduce the background noise transmitted. They act on what the person you are talking to hears, not on what you hear.
Do these headphones need an amplifier?
No: the 33 mm drivers are rated at 30 ohms with a sensitivity of 102 dB at 1 kHz. A phone or computer output drives them easily, including over a wired connection if the device allows it.
Are the JBL Tune 530BT White headphones new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with a 1-year warranty provided by the invoice. Keep it: it is all you need for any workshop repair.
