Frequently asked questions about this product

Does this version of the Jabra Biz 2300 Duo connect via USB?
Yes. Model 2399-829-109 ends in a USB-A plug and connects directly to the computer, with its control unit on the cord. No QD cord or adapter is needed.
What does “UC” mean on this headset?
That it is optimised for unified communications platforms in general, rather than for just one of them: it is the multi-platform version of the range, the one to choose when your company's equipment is not limited to a single telephony application.
What can you do from the control unit on the cord?

How does the headset deal with breath noise and background noise?
The Air Shock microphone filters out unwanted breath noise and sudden sounds in the conversation, while HD Voice technology renders the voice of the person you are talking to as naturally as possible. The ear cups, for their part, reduce ambient noise on your side.
How much does the Duo version of the Biz 2300 USB weigh?
